• Account and application data — name, email, phone, brand details, and consultation information you submit when applying to operate a storefront or booking a consultation.
• Order data — items purchased, shipping address, and contact details for order fulfillment and required record-keeping.
• Payment data — processed by our payment processors (for example, Authorize.Net). Card numbers are tokenized by the processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Operator payout data — for approved operators, business details and payout account information collected to verify identity and route payouts. Bank credentials are handled by our payment partners; we store only what is needed to administer payouts, reserves, and required records.
• Communications — messages you send through contact and support forms, and email interactions (delivery and engagement events from our email provider).
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and usage logs collected automatically for security, fraud prevention, and operations.

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services;
• Process orders, payments, payouts, refunds, and shipping;
• Screen for fraud, abuse, and diversion of research products;
• Communicate with you about accounts, orders, consultations, and support;
• Send marketing communications where you have consented (opt out anytime);
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that process data on our behalf — hosting and database infrastructure, payment processors, email delivery, and shipping carriers — bound to use it only to provide their services;
• Operators, when you purchase from an operator's storefront: the operator receives the order and contact information needed to serve you;
• Legal and safety recipients — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Services;
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, session management, and security, and limited analytics to understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break sign-in and checkout.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes — for example, order and transaction records are retained to meet tax, accounting, and compliance obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
